Dr. Ornath is the inventor of TraceGuard’s original proprietary technology, which came about through his role as chief developer of an FAA-funded research project on explosive trace sampling and detection for air cargo. He also functions as TraceGuard’s Chief Scientist and is the Company’s major shareholder. A recognized international expert on explosives detection, Dr. Ornath holds several patents in this field, and his articles have appeared in leading international scientific journals and publications. Dr. Ornath was also part of the team that built Israel's world-renowned Merkavah main battle tank. Dr. Ornath holds a BSc in Physics and DSc in Materials Engineering from the Technion in Haifa. |
