Frederick J. Manning, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, received his BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and his JD from Harvard Law School. He has passed the CPA exam and is a licensed attorney in Illinois. Mr. Manning founded Celtic in 1978. He is a member of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Governance Committee, Policy Committee and Membership Committee, and is Co-Chairman of the Finance Committee of AHIP. Mr. Manning is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Michael Reese Health Trust, member of the Board of Overseers for the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology and a member of the Board of Trustees of The Newberry Library. He is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the Dispute Resolution Research Center at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Manning is a member of both World Presidents' Organization and Chief Executives' Organization. |
