Fred is a retired icon of the Telecommunications industry. His distinguished career began in cable as Executive Vice President, Investment Banking, for Daniels & Associates, the leading financial services company for the cable industry. Fred served as the CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tele-Communications International, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company and the international arm of Tele-Communications, Inc. (TCI). Prior to TCI, Fred was the President and COO of United Cable Television Corporation, which merged into United Artists Entertainment. In addition to others, he has served on the board of Turner Broadcasting and Discovery Channel, and currently sits on the board of Jones International Networks, Ltd. Fred enjoys golfing, and traveling to Palm Springs when the weather turns colder in Colorado. |
