Mr. Mastroianni is a Project Manager/Principal for the Albany Office. He has over 22 years of experience in the engineering field, dealing with a wide variety of projects that include transportation analysis and design of public sector roads, site design of private development projects, public and private water and sewer systems, stormwater management and design, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, planning board projects review, community participation including public presentations.
He has worked with State Agencies that include New York State Department of Transportation, New York State Thruway Authority and Canal Corporation; Counties that include Albany, Rensselaer, Washington, Essex, Warren, Dutchess, Madison, Oneida, and Hamilton. Local municipal work includes the Town of Colonie, Town of East Greenbush, Town of Glenville, City of Troy, City of Glens Falls, Village of Colonie and the City of Rensselaer.
