Fred Hanuschek is chief financial officer of CTI Group, with almost twenty years financial experience with public, multinational and high technology companies, Hanuschek has been instrumental in developing CTI's strategies to support its corporate strategic initiatives. He oversees all accounting, auditing, and budgeting functions, as well as investor relations and human resources.
Prior to joining CTI, Hanuschek served as chief financial officer for ICC Technologies, Inc., a Nasdaq-traded company that designs, manufactures and markets technological, innovative climate control systems. Earlier in his career, Hanuschek served as senior audit manager for Coopers & Lybrand. During his tenure of more than eleven years, he managed and directed multiple Initial Public Offerings, as well as secondary offerings for a number of emerging growth and high technology companies, both domestic and international.
Hanuschek is a certified public accountant, a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and has completed international business studies at the University of Koln, Cologne, Germany. He also is an active member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. |
