Fred B. Franks III Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Franks brings over 25 years of experience as a chief financial officer to DVL Inc. Formerly with Price Waterhouse Fred is a graduate of Lafayette College - Electrical Engineer and received his MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a CPA in Pennsylvania and is very knowledgeable in developing and implementing management information systems. He has served as a CFO at both publicly held and privately held companies. He has also served as a consultant to Safeguard Scientific group of companies. In particular his experience in a project and services based organization is of immense value to DVL. Fred's major responsibility is to assist the CEO in developing financial models to support the growth objectives of DVL and DVL Automation. |
