Mr. Ungerman. is a partner in the Dayton office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He received his undergraduate degree, graduating magna cum laude, from Grove City College, and law degree form Duke University School of Law. Mr. Ungerman concentrates his practice representing employers in labor disputes, employment, discrimination, and workers' compensation issues. He has been a frequent speaker nationally and locally on these issues. He has addressed annual meetings of labor sections of the American Bar Association, the Midwest Labor Law Seminar, and appeared on a variety of programs sponsored by the Dayton Chamber of Commerce and various employers' associations. He is a member of the Dayton, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, Associated Builders and Contractors, Society of Human Resource Management, and the Miami Valley Human Resource Association.
