Frank Sullivan is a Managing Director of DTZ Rockwood and a senior real estate professional in the DTZ Rockwood Investment Sales Group. Mr. Sullivan has over 40 years of experience in real estate and has been involved in sales and financing transactions exceeding $10 billion. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood he was with a Goldman Sachs e-commerce initiative to facilitate real estate transactions. He had previously been at Goldman Sachs in the real estate group. Between his Goldman Sachs experiences, Mr. Sullivan spent 12 years with Jones Lang Wootton USA where he headed its Investment Sales & Finance Group. He served as co-head of Investment Banking of Jones Lang LaSalle for a year after the merger of JLW and LaSalle. His experience includes sales, financings, joint ventures, equity investments and acquisitions. He holds a B. S. degree from Boston College and attended NYU Graduate Business School. |
