Mr. Sovis is currently the President of North America at Noble International Ltd. He is responsible for strategic long-term growth operating efficiency financial performance and customer focus. Before assuming the position of President in September 2007 Mr. Sovis served as the Vice President of International Business Development. In this position he worked on developments with business partners and played an intricate role in Noble’s globalization. Prior to joining Noble in 2007 Mr. Sovis spent 16 years at Lear Corporation where he held a variety of senior management roles in operations sales program management and finance. He has also worked with Ernst and Young and General Motors. Mr. Sovis has both a BBA and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
