Frank John Sixt has been a director of Partner since May 1998. Mr. Sixt has been an Executive Director of Hutchison Whampoa Limited since 1991 and its Group Finance Director since 1998. He is the Chairman of TOM Group Limited and TOM Online Inc. He is also an Executive Director of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Limited Hutchison Global Communications Holdings Limited and Hongkong Electric Holdings Limited and a Director of Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited Hutchison Telecommunications International Limited Hutchison Telecommunications (Australia) Limited Husky Energy Inc. and Hutchison Telecommunications Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Arts degree from McGill University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Law from the University of Montreal and is a member of the Bar and of the Law Society of the Provinces of Quebec and Ontario Canada. |
