Frank Morse specializes in debt and equity financing and financial advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He has a broad finance background, having spent 35 years in the financial services industry before joining the firm, most recently as president and CEO of UST Bank in Connecticut and as executive vice president of strategic planning for UST Corp., the holding company for United States Trust Company (Boston). Frank currently serves as the state chairman of the Connecticut Venture Group and is chairman of the Crossroads Venture Fair. He serves on the boards of several regional companies including Fletcher-Thompson, Inc. and Bank of America’s Connecticut Advisory Board. Frank has been deeply involved in community affairs, currently serving on the boards of the United Way of Eastern Fairfield County, St. Vincents Medical Center Foundation and the Board of Regents of Sacred Heart University. He was the founder, and is the chairman of the Prostate Cancer Institute, affiliated with Swim Across the Sound. He is also the current chairman of the board of the Barnum Museum in Bridgeport. Frank earned a BA from Trinity College and completed graduate studies at New York University Business School and Stonier Graduate School of Banking. |
