Mr. McPartland is responsible for setting the Company’s strategy and leading the expansion of the business as well as overseeing the major functional areas of the business. A 35+ year industry veteran, Mr. McPartland founded the first ever independent clearing firm, Securities Settlement. Prior to joining Legent, Mr. McPartland was an independent consultant. Most recently, Mr. McPartland advised senior management of a Fortune 500 company that was considering entry into the securities processing market. In that capacity, Mr. McPartland has spent several years researching and analyzing clearing firms across the industry. Mr. McPartland currently has Series 7 and 24 licenses. |
