Frank Laurencio comes to ONStor from Alteon WebSystems, a content switching company acquired by Nortel Networks. At ONStor Frank is responsible for all business operations including the finance, human resources and the corporate IT functions. He is also responsible for all worldwide business development activities. At Alteon, Frank served as Vice President of Finance and oversaw very rapid revenue and earnings growth. Frank was also responsible for all of Alteon's acquisitions and divestitures, as well as the sale of Alteon to Nortel. Prior to Alteon, Frank worked for Lehman Brothers, within its Technology Investment Banking Group where he advised a wide range of private and public technology companies on equity and debt financing, M&A transactions and other matters. Frank holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Princeton University. |
