Frank Kist leads all of SRA’s information technology (IT) functions. He determines the vision and strategy for developing and deploying IT services throughout the company. Kist’s organization manages architecture, design, engineering, standards and operations of the systems, infrastructure and applications that support SRA’s strategic plan and mission. As the leader of IT, Kist has implemented a Global Network Redesign, Business Process Improvements, improved security technology in support of the SRA’s global workforce all while improving cost savings and optimizing the SRA infrastructure.
Before joining SRA in 2006, Kist served as Associate Chief Information Officer of Enterprise Networks for the Internal Revenue Service. He also held executive positions at Road Runner High Speed On-Line, a division of Time Warner Cable, and leadership roles at EMI Music, Inc., Calvin Klein Cosmetics and IBM.
