Over the past 35 years Frank has acquired and successfully integrated 28 companies with an aggregate acquisition value of over $3.2 billion. Prior to becoming part of Forest Hill, Frank held leadership positions with several Fortune 200 holding companies and manufacturing companies. Frank was the president of Pentair, Inc’s $1.2 billion Tool Group. In his two years at Pentair Frank was credited with turning around the business. Before joining Pentair, Frank was president of Textron, Inc’s $4.0 billion industrial products segment where he was responsible for a workforce of 26,000 employees and over 100 manufacturing sites. Frank also previously held the position of president and sector executive of The Kohler Company’s International Group and president and CEO of The Kohler Company’s Sterling Plumbing Group subsidiary. In addition, Frank was president of Danaher Corporation’s tool manufacturing group. Early in his career Frank held senior sales and marketing positions with Emerson Electric, including senior vice president of sales and marketing for Skil Corporation. |
