Frank has dedicated his career to computer operations in several industries. The most recent was the election services market, in which he co-founded ICE Data Systems in 1992, a pioneer in multi-modal election services. Frank also co-founded election.com, an election services company that specialized in Internet voting for both private and public elections. When Election Services Corporation was launched in 2003, Frank, as one of its co-founders, became CEO, bringing extensive experience with its private sector clientele. Earlier, Frank was the CIO of the Independent Election Corporation of America (IECA), which at the time, was the largest corporate proxy services company in the world before being bought by Automatic Data Processing (ADP). Prior to that, Frank was the Director of Computer Operations for ADP’s Back Office Brokerage Processing Division where he worked for 18 years. Frank also worked in the banking industry as VP, Director of Computer Operations for National Westminster Bank. |
