Mr. Edelstein has been a Director of the Company since November 1988 and Lead Independent Director of the Board since July 2004. Mr. Edelstein currently provides consulting services to StoneCreek Capital and Kelso & Company. Mr. Edelstein served as a Vice President of Kelso & Company, Inc. from 1986 to March 1992. Prior to 1986, he served as Chairman and President of International Central Bank & Trust Company and CPI Pension Services, Inc., as well as Senior Vice President, Financial Services Group, at Continental Insurance Corporation. He also has held positions as Corporate Vice President, Automatic Data Processing, Inc. and Executive Vice President of Olivetti Corporation of America.
