Mr. Edelstein has served on the Company’s board of directors since 1987. He is an independent consultant and has served on the boards of directors of Ceradyne, Inc. since 1987 and Arkansas Best Corp. since 1988, and as secretary of the Orange Coast Inter-Faith Shelter. Gilbert T. Ray (age 61). Mr. Ray became a member of the Company’s board of directors in December 2004. He was a partner of the law firm of O’Melveny & Myers LLP until his retirement in 2000. Mr. Ray is a member of the boards of Advanced Auto Parts, Inc., Watson Wyatt Worldwide, DiamondRock Hospitality Company, Automobile Club of Southern California, and Sierra Monolithics, Inc. Mr. Ray is also a trustee of SunAmerica Series Trust, Seasons Series Trust, The John Randolph Haynes and Dora Haynes Foundation, and St. John’s Health Center Foundation. |
