Frank joined Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company in November of 2000 to assume the responsibilities of Chief Financial Officer. He is a native New Yorker and a graduate of St. John's University. He has spent the last 30 years in the Trust Banking industry and has worked for a number of the largest banks in the world. Over the years he has accumulated a broad range of managerial, organizational, and administrative skills including financial management and control. As head of the Accounting Department, he oversees the day-to-day financial activities of Continental Stock, monitors funds movement, approves the financial statements, coordinates risk management, and facilitates regulatory compliance. |
