Mr. DeLape has served as Uni-Pixel’s Chairman of the Board since November 15, 2004. Mr. DeLape has been Founder, Chairman and CEO of Benchmark Equity Group, Inc. since 1994. Benchmark provides private equity and debt financing from various funds and other investors. Prior to founding Benchmark in 1994, Mr. DeLape spent eleven years in executive management roles for various companies. Mr. DeLape is also Founder and Managing General Partner of Trident Growth Fund, a government-licensed Small Business Investment Corporation, SBIC. From August 2001 to November 2005, Mr. DeLape served as Executive Chairman of the Board and a major shareholder of Isolagen, Inc., a company listed on the American Stock Exchange (symbol: ILE). Isolagen, Inc. specializes in the development and commercialization of autologous cellular therapies for soft and hard tissue regeneration. |
