Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has over 18 years of asset-based and commercial lending experience in a variety of capacities. He started his career in commercial lending through the ITT Corporation that later became a unit of Deutche Bank of Germany. Experience there included field examinations, credit, operations and business development. He later worked in business development with Bank of America in a technology focused asset-based lending division and later opened the offices in Texas for two boutique asset-based lending companies serving as Regional Vice President. Frank joined Briar Capital in 2006 to develop real estate and commercial lending transactions and to build partnership programs with our commercial bank partners. |
