Frank V. McMahon serves as director for First Advantage Corporation. McMahon was appointed the vice chairman and chief financial officer of The First American Corporation (NYSE: FAF) on March 31 2006. Previously he was a Managing Director of the Investment Banking Division with Lehman Brothers Inc. and was responsible for managing their western region financial institutions group as well as their U.S. asset management sector from 1999 to 2006. Prior McMahon was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch.
During his 19-year career McMahon has gained extensive financial services industry experience from his involvement with M&A transactions asset management and debt common stock and convertible offerings.
McMahon received his MBA from Duke University and a B.S. in Economics from Villanova University. |
