Frank R. Olah joined the Company in 1997. He has global responsibility for the Company’s taxes. Before joining the Company, Mr. Olah had global responsibility for the taxes of VF Corporation, a multinational apparel manufacturer, and Schlegel Corporation, a multinational manufacturer of perimeter seals. Prior to that, Mr. Olah practiced law with firms in Boston and Fort Lauderdale.
Mr. Olah has his undergraduate degree from Case, his law degree and M.B.A. from Cornell and his LL.M. (tax) from Boston University. Mr. Olah is also a C.P.A. |
