Frank M. Sillman is Executive Vice President of IndyMac Bank, F.S.B. (Indymac Bank®) and Chief Executive Officer of Indymac Mortgage Bank. Mr. Sillman is responsible for the mortgage banking group, including retail, wholesale, correspondent, secondary marketing, retained assets and warehouse lending. Mr. Sillman joined Indymac in 1997 as a Senior Vice President, was promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Indymac Mortgage Bank in 2003 and became Chief Executive Officer of the Mortgage Professionals Group of Indymac Mortgage Bank in 2004. Prior to joining Indymac, he founded two retail mortgage banking companies, TCM Mortgage and American Home Credit. From mid-1986 to the end of 1992, Mr. Sillman served as treasurer for Shearson Lehman Mortgage. Mr. Sillman has 19 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. Mr. Sillman received his bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego. |
