Frank M. Jerneycic has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Learning Care Group, Inc. since August 30, 2002. In addition, prior to its purchase by A.B.C. Learning Centres, Jerneycic was Treasurer of the company.
Prior to holding his current position, Jerneycic served for six years as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Decision Consultants, Inc., a software services company located in Southfield, Mich.
Jerneycic also was employed at Talon, Inc., a leverage buyout group located in Detroit. During his 20 year tenure at the company, he held several positions, including Controller, Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and during the final five years, President.
Born in Detroit in 1948, Jerneycic received a bachelor's degree from the University of Detroit in 1970. He has been active in fundraising for charitable organizations, including the University of Detroit Jesuit High School. |
