Frank J. West practices in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He has experience in patent litigation in the Federal District Courts and in section 337 actions before the International Trade Commission.
Mr. West received his Law degree and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Baker University. He is currently pursuing an L.L.M. in securities law at Georgetown University.
Mr. West is admitted to the Bar of the State of Missouri and is a member of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. His association memberships include the American Bar Association and the Missouri Bar Association. |
