Mr. Marshall has been a director of ClearEdge Power since 2006 and serves on the Audit Committee. He also serves as a director of PMC-Sierra, a public semiconductor technology company (NASDAQ: PMCS), as well as directors of Infoblox, MetroFi, and Azalea Networks. Mr. Marshall is founder and general partner of Big Basin Partners, a private investor in and management consultant to early stage high technology companies. He was founding investor, director and chairman of Netscreen Technologies, which was acquired by Juniper Networks in 2004. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Marshall served as interim chief executive officer of Covad Communications Group, and served as the company’s vice chairman until 2002. From 1995 to 1997, he served as vice president and general manager of Cisco Systems’ Core Products Business Unit, and previously served as vice president of engineering of Cisco Systems from 1992 to 1995. |
