Mr. Fanzilli brings extensive IT experience to Calypso’s board. He was the Global Chief Information Officer and Managing Director of Information Technology at Credit Suisse First Boston and a member of the Credit Suisse Group IT Executive Board. During his 17 year tenure at CSFB, Mr. Fanzilli consolidated and integrated the bank’s extensive IT resources, managing over 4,000 IT professionals and $1.5B in spending. In addition, Mr. Fanzilli is a Venture Partner with Allegis Capital, and served as an outside director on the Board of PeopleSoft, through the sale of the company to Oracle in 2004. Mr. Fanzilli currently serves on the board of directors at Interwoven, where he is Lead Director as well as private companies CommVault and nLayers. He is a Venture Advisor to Venture Capital firms FOCUS Ventures and Partech International in California, and DawnTreader Ventures in New York. Mr. Fanzilli holds a Research Chair at the Robert Frances Group, a technology research firm, where he is the Senior Research Fellow and advisor to the Chairman and CEO. Mr. Fanzilli received a B.S. in Management, Cum Laude, from Fairfield University and an M.B.A in Finance, with Distinction, from New York University. |
