Frank Deaton is Senior Vice President of Operations. He joined Carver in May 2001 as the Company’s Chief Auditor and transitioned to the operations role in February 2005. Mr. Deaton was previously Vice President and Risk Review Manager with Key Bank in Cleveland Ohio. He joined Key Bank in 1990 and was responsible for overseeing the completion of credit operational and regulatory compliance audits for a variety of business units. |
