Mr. Bullard has more than 20 years of banking experience. He joined BB&T in 1981 after graduating from BB&T's management development program. He served as a business services officer and city executive in Wallace N.C. until 1988 when he was named city executive in Morehead City N.C. Bullard was named retail banking manager for BB&T's Florence-based Coastal Region in 1999.
