His expertise includes organizational redevelopment and restructuring operational assessment and redesign process optimization supply chain operations revenue cycle management compliance and accreditation.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron Frank was a Senior Vice President of Wellspring Partners now a Huron Consulting Group Practice. Previously he served as Director for a healthcare consulting firm where he managed numerous performance improvement projects. These engagements resulted in substantively improved patient processes streamlined organizational functioning and millions of dollars in cost savings and revenue enhancement.
Before that Frank served as a Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP where he managed labor and non-labor operations improvement initiatives for several hospital systems across the United States. He also served PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Senior Consultant where he redesigned clinical and support areas improved operational performance as well as integrated supply chain and eCommerce/IT solutions for hospitals and delivery networks.
Representative examples of Frank's engagement experience include:
Served a three hospital system in the Midwest with a performance improvement initiative. He assisted with creating and conducing analytics to identify $13 M in labor and non-labor cost reductions. Frank partnered with executives to develop improvement strategies and business development strategies. He also implemented performance management metrics to measure and assess performance improvement progress.
Managed six performance improvement engagements to identify and implement service and process improvements in conjunction with several facility planning efforts totaling more than $1.1 B in new facilities. Identified opportunities included more than $40 M in cost reductions and $32 M revenue enhancements.
