Frank Serpe joined World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. in November 1986 as Vice President/Controller. In his present position as Senior Vice President of Finance and Cheif Accounting Officer, he is responsible for all of the financial activities of the company, including the day to day accounting activities, internal and external financial reporting, development and implementation of accounting policies, and income tax planning and compliance. He is also in charge of the corporate IT, Facilities and Travel departments.
Prior to joining WWE, Serpe worked at CBS Inc., which he joined in 1976. During his time there he held various positions within the company’s Publishing Group, starting as Director of Financial Reporting in the Consumer Magazine division. Before leaving CBS he held the position of Controller for a new venture, CBS Software.
Before joining CBS Serpe was with Ernst & Whinney, Certified Public Accountants where he worked for nine years.
Serpe holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
