Frank provides a wide range of business consulting services in a variety of industries. His areas of expertise include assisting clients in raising private and public debt and equity financing, merger and acquisition transactions, and strategic planning. Frank was co-author of the continuing education course on SEC Reporting offered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and served as the course instructor. He has also presented seminars on accounting and reporting matters in merger and acquisition transactions to investment bankers and law firms. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the California Society of CPAs. |
