Dr Luo is a board-certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and dermatopathology. He received his medical degree from Shanghai Military Medical University, Shanghai, China. Dr Luo completed residency training in anatomic and clinical pathology at the University of Southern California and dermatopathology fellowship training at the University of California School of Medicine in Los Angeles. Previously, Dr Luo was an assistant professor and dermatopathologist in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at UCLA, where he worked with Dr Scott Binder, a nationally renowned dermatopathologist. |
