Frank E. Macher Mr. Macher has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Collins & Aikman Corporation a global supplier of motor vehicle parts since July 2005. Mr. Macher served as Chief Executive Officer of Federal Mogul Corporation a manufacturer of motor vehicle parts and supplies from January 2001 to July 2003 and Chairman of Federal Mogul from October 2001 to his retirement in January 2004. From June 1997 to his retirement in July 1999 Mr. Macher served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ITT Automotive a supplier of automotive components. From 1966 to his retirement in 1996 Mr. Macher was employed by Ford Motor Company serving most recently as Vice President and General Manager of the Automotive Components Division. Mr. Macher is 65 years old and was named a director of the Company in July 2000. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Kettering University. Mr. Macher is a member of the Audit Committee. |
