Mr. Frank C. Herringer has served as a director of the Company since May 2004. Mr. Herringer has been Chairman of the Board of Transamerica Corporation, a financial services company, since 1995. From 1991 to 1999, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Transamerica and from 1986 to 1999 he served as President. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Herringer served on the Executive Board of Aegon N.V. and as Chairman of the Board of Aegon U.S.A. Mr. Herringer is a director of The Charles Schwab Corporation. |
