Frank McPherson is past chairman and chief executive officer of Kerr McGee Corporation. He joined Kerr McGee in 1957.
He serves on the boards of Integris Health, Tri Continental Corporation, Seligman Group of Mutual Funds and several non-profit organizations in Oklahoma. He was named to the board of DCP Midstream partners on Dec. 16, 2005, and serves as a member of the compensation and audit committees.
McPherson previously served on the boards of Conoco-Phillips, Kimberly Clark Corporation, MAPCO Inc., Bank of Oklahoma, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, the Oklahoma State University Foundation board of trustees and the American Petroleum Institute.
The Stilwell, Okla., native earned a bachelor of science degree in mechanical and petroleum engineering from Oklahoma State University.
McPherson was born in 1933. He and his wife, Nadine, have a daughter and three sons. |
