Frank A. Pici has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of our general partner since September 2001 and as a director since October 2002 and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and as a director of PVG’s general partner since September 2006. He has also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Penn Virginia since September 2001. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Pici served as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Mariner Energy, Inc., or Mariner, a Houston, Texas-based oil and gas exploration and production company, where he managed all financial aspects of Mariner including accounting, tax, finance, banking, investor relations, planning and budgeting and information technology. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Pici served as Corporate Controller of Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation. |
