Dr. Bauer is board-certified in anatomic pathology, clinical pathology, and hematopathology. He received his medical degree from Loma Linda University and completed residency training at Loma Linda University Medical Center and Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dr Bauer is currently the director of hematopathology and medical director of the hematology, flow cytometry, and molecular pathology sections at St Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Conn, and he serves as an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. |
