Mr. Heilbronn age 45 a Director since 1988 an independent director and a member of the audit stock option and executive compensation committees-- is a graduate of Harvard Business School with a Master of Business Administration degree and is currently the managing partner of the consulting firm of M.M. Friedrich Heilbronn & Fiszer. He was formerly employed by The Boston Consulting Group Inc. from 1988 through 1992 as a manager.
