Current Chairman of the Board and President of Global Technologies & Innovation Corporation. Francisco is also acting as a consultant and Chief Operating Partner for the Midwestern United States. His particular emphasis is in contributing to shareholder value and investors’ capital growth by analyzing, understanding, and creating opportunities for growth through technological innovation, its development, and deployment globally. Francisco served previously as Intellectual Property Design Reuse Program Manager and Component Design Engineer for Intel Corporation; and he was involved in New Business Development and Strategic Planning for Alvaire Wireless. He also served as Hardware Design Engineer for Applied Test Resources, Inc; Research Specialist for VLSI Technology, Inc; Design Engineer for Sensadyne Instruments Division; and IT manager for Sensadyne and The Hughes Institute for Continuing Education. Francisco is affiliate with the IEEE and the CANDE Technical committee. Francisco is also affiliated with the VHDL Synthesis Interoperability Working Group, the Stanford Center for Integrated Systems, Institute of Nano-Technology, US Institute of Peace, World Affairs Council of California, The Commonwealth Club of California, US-Panama Business Council, American Electronics Association, Sacramento Area Region Technology Alliance, Golden Capital Networks, Chicago Council on Foreign Relations, and the Lake County and GLMV Chambers of Commerce. Francisco is Honorary Chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee’s Business Advisory Council. Francisco was selected Business Man of the Year 2004 for the State of Illinois by the Congressional Committee. Francisco has a Bachelors of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Electrical Engineering from the Arizona State University, has completed the Executive Program on Strategic Venturing for Corporation, at Stanford University, and several years of Graduate study at Stanford University in the area of Electrical Engineering, Political Science, and Psychology through the Stanford University SCPD program. He has written and published several papers on Intellectual Property and Design Reuse. |
