Rt. Hon. Francis Maude has served as a director since June 2006. Mr. Maude was first elected as a Member of the Parliament of the United Kingdom in 1983. He currently serves as a Member of Parliament and Chairman of the Conservative Party one of the two main political parties in the United Kingdom. He has served in numerous senior government positions in the United Kingdom including Minister for Corporate and Consumer Affairs at the Department of Trade and Industry Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Financial Secretary to the Treasury. He is currently the Chairman of Prestbury Holdings plc Jubilee Investment Trust plc Hemisphere Property Fund and The Mission Marketing Group. He is also the Deputy Chairman of Benfield Group Ltd. In addition Mr. Maude is currently a director of Mediasurface plc Benfield Ltd. a subsidiary of Benfield Group Ltd. Conservatives for Change Ltd. and Globalink International Ltd. He has previously served as a director of Asda Group plc Morgan Stanley (UK) Salomon Brothers (UK) Incepta Group plc (where he was Chairman prior to its merger with Huntsworth plc) Huntsworth plc Dynamis plc The Spectator (1828) Ltd.
