Francis X. Smyth is a director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is responsible for oversight and management of all aspects of the Company’s business, including sales, operations, finance, product development and systems design. Mr. Smyth began his management career with a general contracting company, where he spent two years before being co-founder and CEO of National Business Archives, a records management company based in Maryland (1987-96). From his co-founding of National Business Archives to his departure from that company, revenues grew to $7 million in the 1994 fiscal year. Mr. Smyth purchased the assets of the previous Century Engineering in 1996 and incorporated the Company, assuming responsibility as its CEO. |
