On October 4, 2005, Francis Ryan was elected to serve on the Board of Directors of Spectrum Holdings. Mr. Ryan also serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Spectrum Holdings’ Board of Directors. Mr. Ryan has served as President of FX Ryan & Associates from 1991 to the present. FX Ryan & Associates is in the business of management consulting. Mr. Ryan has an extensive background in finance and accounting. Prior to serving as President of FX Ryan & Associates; he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Executive Vice President of Berwick Industries from November 1990 to August 1991 and further served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Murray Corporation from August 1988 to July 1990. In addition to serving as the Audit Committee Chairman of the Board of Directors of Spectrum Holdings, Mr. Ryan serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Board of Directors for Paradigm Holdings, Inc. and is also a member of the Board of Directors of Fawn Industries. Mr. Ryan is also currently on the Board of Directors of St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee for said Board of Directors. Previously, Mr. Ryan served as the Chairman of the Finance Committee for the St. Agnes Hospital Board of Directors. Mr. Ryan earned a B.S. in economics from Mt. St. Mary’s College (1973, Summa Cum Laude) and an M.B.A. with concentration in finance from the University of Maryland (1977). Mr. Ryan is also certified as a Public Accountant by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
