Mr. Kalman has been our Executive Vice President since April 2007 and has announced his intent to retire on September 30, 2007. Previously, he was: Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McDermott from February 2002 to April 2007; Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vector ESP, Inc., a technology solutions provider, from March 2000 to February 2002; a principal of Pinnacle Equity Partners, LLC from April 1999 to March 2000; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chemical Logistics Corporation, a logistics company specializing in the storage and movement of chemicals, from February 1998 to April 1999; and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Keystone International, Inc., a manufacturer of industrial products, from May 1996 to September 1997.
