Mr. Lunger was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Millipore Corporation from 2002 to 2004 and served on the company's Board of Directors from 2001 until March of this year. Headquartered in Billerica, MA, Millipore is a multinational, high technology bioscience company that provides technologies, tools and services for the development and production of new therapeutic drugs. Mr. Lunger joined Millipore in 1997 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and held several executive management positions, which, in addition to the above, included serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2000 until 2001. Prior to joining Millipore, Mr. Lunger held executive management positions at Oak Industries, Inc., Nashua Corporation, and Raychem Corporation. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Landmark School in Pride's Crossing, MA. |
