Mr. Chang serves as a director and principal financial officer of the company. His business and financial management experience spans a period of over 30 years, during which time he has served as auditor, financial analyst, chief accountant, chief financial officer and president of three companies.
Mr. Chang served as the vice president of finance and administration for a newspaper publishing company and president of a printing company from 1970 to 1979. He entered the high technology market in 1983 by forming Technology Management Associates ("TMA"), a consulting company, and served as the company's president. TMA was successful in obtaining various commercial and government research and development contracts and was subsequently merged with Amerasia Technology in April 1984.
Mr. Chang received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the National Taiwan University and his MBA from Pepperdine University in 1978. |
