Franci helps companies find out what their customers really want. As a User Experience Researcher at Sliced Bread Design, Franci works with companies to design, conduct, and analyze usability studies. For more than ten years, Franci has been conducting user experience research, driven by a passion to help clients improve their technologies by better understanding their customers.Franci holds a BA in Psychology and a MA in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University. She also completed Post Graduate work on the BGulILE Project, working on developing multimedia educational software and curriculum for classrooms. She has taught classes, published articles, and presented papers at conferences on teaching and technology, and she was a founding member of the faculty at Carnegie Mellon University’s West Coast Campus, teaching courses on educational technology and interaction design. Franci’s favorite bread is toasted whole wheat sourdough with melted butter. |
