Mr. Vansina is the Managing Director of KBC Private Equity N.V., the private equity company of KBC Group. Previously he worked at KBC Securities, Investco, the Kredietbank and Peat Marwick. Mr. Vansina is a member of the executive committee and board of directors of the European Venture Capital Association. He is a graduate in applied economic sciences (UFSIA, Belgium) and has a MBA in finance and international business from University of Wisconsin, Madison. Mr. Vansina has served as a director of Ceres since May 2005. |
