Neves leads PaymentOne on the global business front, driving the company's business, strategies and alliances in the Latin America and Western Europe regions. He also serves as In Country Manager for PaymentOne Brazil. Before joining PaymentOne, Neves was Founder, President, and CEO of Gaia Informatica, a privately held Brazilian company that provides products and IT services to Fortune 1000 companies in Latin America, U.S. and Europe. Neves led Gaia to become the most prominent Lotus/IBM Business Partner in Latin America and managed a large initiative with the Brazilian federal government. Neves continues to maintain relationships with the international telco community and serves as a member of the Lotus/IBM Business Partner Executive Council. Neves holds a Bachelor degree from Faculdade de Tecnologia de Sao Paulo (FATEC) in Brazil and is a graduate of several executive programs at MIT-Sloan.
